Gene (on the right) has become sensitive to various fragrances and other chemicals over the years, and as time goes by his sensitivities are growing more severe. In order to cope with his situation, he has been reducing the amount of scented products he uses in his life. In addition, he is careful about entering certain houses and stores that contain chemicals that could pose a problem for him. Gene is the moderator of the MCS-Survivors Yahoo Group.
