THE BRYANS

In the spring of 2004, Michael and Mary Lou Bryan and their family were home on furlough from Smolensk, Russia. During that time, one Sunday morning they visited Calvary Chapel Eastside and shared what the Lord had been doing in their church in Russia. After the service, Mary Lou Bryan came outside in the courtyard and shared their photos and display board with the people from the Fragrance Free Zone. The photos below were taken on that day. After the Bryans left, it was decided that Aroma of Christ would "adopt" them as our missionary family to pray for them and minister to them in any way we can. Interestingly enough, in the newsletter the Bryans distributed the day they were visiting, it had the same verse listed that is the theme verse for this ministry: "Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place" (2 Corinthians 2:14).
